We have experience of offering bespoke programmes within the public sector, and these can, if required, lead to nationally recognised qualifications (Institute of Leadership and Management - see below).

We can design a bespoke leadership or management development programme to meet the specific requirement your organisation has of its managers and leaders, For example, the list of subjects at the foot of the page could be stand-alone courses or could be mixed together in any combination to form a programme.

If required, we can tailor your programme to meet the requirements to achieve nationally recognised Institute of Leadership and Management qualifications. These can take the form of an Award, a Certificate or a Diploma, depending on the complexity and length of programme you require, and can be offered at any level from team leaders or first line managers to strategic leaders.

As an ILM accredited Centre we can design a programme to meet your needs as an organisation, the needs of individual delegates, and the requirements of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
